Cooper is our first ridgie love. He was a handful as a puppy and forced us to learn a lot about the breed very quickly. He was a strong-willed, independent puppy with a high prey drive and selective hearing. He has mellowed a lot as he has matured and is an amazing “big brother” to the girls in the house.

Cooper’s registered name comes from his love of being in the outdoors hiking. The trails are his favourite place to be followed by snuggling up on the couch or in front of the fire. He is also very fond of a good scratch from anyone willing.

We have played with agility, Fast CAT in AKC, and he has achieved his Canine Good Neighbour title.
