Cali was our first female ridgeback and has always been our “wild-child”. She is very food motivated and likes to work. She did very well in agility when she was younger and has always been an easy girl to train. Cali is: loyal, faithful and protective to the maximum capacity which are typical traits of ridgebacks. She is extremely brave and athletic and loves to climb to on top of large rocks and stumps when we are out on the trails.

Cali’s registered name comes from her always-up-for-a-fun-time personality. When she was a puppy, her tail did not stop wagging; she was truly a happy girl. She’s also the loudest and talks the most from our pack!

Cali is the fastest of our dogs in Fast CATs. She earned her Canine Good Neighbour title and was even the “test dog” for other dogs completing the event. She is great with other dogs and was an excellent “big sister” in helping us raise Casey; she is the alpha of the pack.
